LS Carlson Law, especially Kelli M. Brown and associates were fantastic in guiding us through a major transition. Although, we were initially moving forward with an ADR, we never needed to initiate it. Kelli answered every question as we stopped a special assessment, dissolved our board and switched management and financial companies.
